We will repair or replace, at no charge, any appliance within 90 days following shipment if failure is due to defective material or faulty workmanship.
We guarantee all positioner material for one year.
Shipping Fees
Business Reply Mailers may be printed off this web site.
The amount paid to recieve the models and from your office, and the cost of shipping models and appliances to your office are additional fees.
Delivery Schedule
Provide the date by which any appliance is required in your office. If there is a delivery concern, we will notify you immediately.
Please allow adequate mailing and laboratory time, based on the following chart.
Positioners and set-ups (debanded models)..... 2-3 days in lab Retainers.............................. 2-3 days in lab
